Here are the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing our themes.
Payment and Delivery
After your payment has been made through our shopping cart and we successfully received the transaction, you will get an e-mail with the download link that will allow you to download the theme to your computer. If you don’t receive this e-mail please contact Gorilla Themes. All bonus or free themes are delivered upon request and valid within 30 days of theme purchase, please contact us after your theme purchase with your free theme request and we will send you a free standard package theme of your selection form our WordPress Gorilla Themes store.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress for the versions specified in the specs, Gorilla Themes are designed to be installed on the standalone version of WordPress free to download at www.wordpress.org. Once our themes have been altered, modified, customized, or additional applications / plugins have been added, we can no longer guarantee the site will work. We aim to have our themes compatible with most popular plugins, so please let us know if you experience an issue. We don’t guarantee a fix, but we’ll help as best as we can.
VIN Decoding availability is subject to third party provider uptime and service availability.
Theme support
Your theme purchase does include support access to our customer-only support forum. Here is where you can find documentation, sample code and helpful information to help you customize your themes.
Theme customization & modifications are available as paid services from the developers of Gorilla Themes.
Gorilla Themes only provides theme related support via the Gorilla Themes support forum located at https://www.gorillathemes.com/support.
Gorilla Themes We will not provide free individual support via e-mail, Facebook page, Google Plus page or Twitter account. All support requests need to be started as a new topic in the forum or a reply to an existing topic.
Forums support access is provided to Standard and Premium packages, Essential package does not feature support access.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (GMT – 5:00). All support questions are generally answered within the same day.
Support will be given only to Gorilla Themes theme owners and proof of purchase will be mandatory for customers with Essential package experiencing theme issues.
We cannot give support for external plugins or scripts added to the theme that will modify the original theme functions. You will need to look for support on the plugin developer page on the WordPress repository.
We only give support for theme related issues and we do not provide support for free theme design and modifications that will alter the original theme functions.
We can guide you with light modifications that will not alter the overall theme layout or functionality.
General license and theme use
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and mediaCORE Studios Inc. Purchase, installation or use of any WordPress theme provided on GorillaThemes.com signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to the Gorilla Themes to fit your purposes.
Gorilla Themes themes can be used for personal or commercial use on unlimited personal or commercial websites unless specified by the licensing terms of the product.
You can remove the footer credits, but if you want to link back to us, we always appreciate it.
Theme support will only be provided to those who purchase a theme package.
Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any software that is delivered via digital download. We will certainly rectify all issues with downloads, should you have any issues.
If a refund is solicited, refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the theme.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the theme properly or get the theme to perform its basic functions as advertised.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team in our designated support channel.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, theme modificaitons or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- No refunds can be processed for the bonus installation offer on deluxe packages after the installation is performed by our support team.
- if a refund is provided on deluxe packages the installation fee of $99 will not be refunded after the installation is performed by our support team.
- if a refund is provided and custom modifications were performed per customer’s request, the fees will be prorated from the total refund amount, if the requested custom modifications will exceed the theme refund fee the customer will be responsible for bringing the account up to date until there is zero balance.
Photoshop and Original Files
All Photoshop and original theme files are copyrighted and property of GorillaThemes.com, You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
